API documentation
One endpoint returns every scored filing across the five verticals as JSON or CSV. Keys come with the API plan ($999/month, 730-day history) and are shown on your account page, where you can rotate them. Filings are added overnight, after EDGAR's 10pm ET cutoff and the IAPD feeds' morning publication.
Authentication
Pass the key as a query parameter or as a bearer token.

Add format=csv for a flat file: one block per source, RFC 4180 quoting, UTF-8. Suitable for a CRM import.
curl "https://www.formdsignal.com/api/leads/feed?key=ld_live_XXXX&vertical=funds&minScore=60&format=csv" -o funds.csvScores and flags
Every record carries a deterministic 0–100 score for its vertical and a set of flags. The rules are on the methodology page. A floor of 40 is the default feed; 70 and above is roughly "call this week". Executive changes also carry separate recruiterScore (open seat) and salesScore (new budget owner).

Webhook
Pro and API accounts set an HTTPS endpoint on the account page. Each morning's matching records are POSTed as one JSON body with the same shape as the feed response (leads, execChanges, advisers). Every request carries X-FormDSignal-Signature: t=<unix seconds>,v1=<hex> where v1 = HMAC-SHA256(secret, t + "." + raw body); the secret is on the account page, where you can also regenerate it and send a test delivery. Reject requests whose t is older than five minutes. Return 2xx; failures are logged and the records appear again in the next digest.
Limits and conduct
- One key per account; 60 requests per minute is plenty for a nightly sync and is the soft limit.
- Source data is public SEC EDGAR and IAPD; lead cards are generated and should be verified against the linked filing before you act.
- Redistribution of the feed as a competing data product is not permitted; CRM enrichment and internal use are.
API plan, 730-day history, all five verticals, 7-day trial.
