(e) Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 28, 2026, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Lionsgate Studios Corp. (the “Company”) approved an amendment to the Company’s employment agreement with James W. Barge, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (the “Agreement’) to provide for the term of the Agreement to be extended for three months to January 31, 2027.
A copy of the amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
