On October 26, 2026, Craig Christensen, LiveOne, Inc.’s (the
“Company”) Interim Chief Financial Officer, Interim Treasurer, Interim Secretary and acting principal accounting officer,
notified the Company that he is leaving the Company to pursue another professional opportunity, effective October 30, 2026.
Mr.
Christensen’s departure is not as a result of any dispute with the Company. The Company has commenced a search for Mr. Christensen’s
qualified successor.
