On October 26, 2026, Brian J. Lee was appointed to the Board of Directors (the “ Board ”)
of KKR & Co. Inc. (the “ Company ”). Mr. Lee will also serve on the Audit Committee and Risk Committee of the Board.
Mr. Lee will participate in the non-executive director cash and equity compensation arrangements for Board, Audit Committee, and Risk
Committee members described in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025, which will be prorated based on his date of appointment. On October 26, 2026, Mr. Lee also entered into the Company’s customary
indemnification agreement for non-executive directors.
