Jaclyn Hoffman resigned from the position of Chief Marketing Officer of LQR House Inc. (the “ Company ”) and from
all other positions held by her as an officer, director, employee, manager, authorized signatory or representative of the Company and
its subsidiaries and affiliates, effective immediately.
Ms. Hoffman’s resignation
was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
