On October 20, 2026, Randall P. Gabe, Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Southwest Gas Corporation (the “Company”) informed the Company of his intention to retire, effective on or before June 1, 2027 (the “Effective Date”), after 30 years of service. Mr. Gabe will serve in a new role, Senior Vice President/Business Development, supporting the Company’s 2028 Great Basin Expansion project and overseeing the Company’s Emerging Technology and Innovation team until the Effective Date.
Mr. Gabe’s decision to retire was not the result of any disagreements with the Company or Southwest Gas Holdings, Inc. on any matter relating to their operations, policies or practices.
