On October 13, 2026, Joseph P. Baratta notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Medline Inc. (the “Company”)
of his decision to resign from the Board, effective as of December 31, 2026. Mr. Baratta’s decision coincides with his previously
announced departure from Blackstone Inc. and is not the result of any disagreement with the Company related to the Company’s
operations, policies, or practices. The Board is grateful for Mr. Baratta’s service and contributions to the Company.
